Most bizarre among the plans was one for the development of an “aphrodisiac” chemical weapon that would make enemy soldiers sexually irresistible to each other. Provoking widespread homosexual behaviour among troops would cause a “distasteful but completely non-lethal” blow to morale, the proposal says.
It sounds like they had some other interesting ideas too. Check it out:

A Presbyterian minister collapsed and died in mid-sentence of a sermon after saying “And when I go to heaven …,” his colleague said Monday.
For the second year now, a bunch of songfighters have taken part in a secret-santa-esque cover song thing, called The Gift of Music.
Everybody involved picks a few songs that they’d like to hear covered, and then they are assigned secretly to one of the other participants. Everybody then picks one of that person’s selections and covers it.
